*UPDATE, Since writing this post I have gotten pregnant and am doing other workouts… I can’t wait to get back into BBG after this baby though. Stay tuned!
For the past few months here and there I’ve been following Kayla Itsines program called Bikini Body Guide aka BBG. I love it because it is a pdf file and you can do it anywhere! It is 28 minutes per workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday you will do low/high interval training (Basically on these days it’s cardio of your choice. You’ll be able to read about it in her guide). But with vacations and traveling I have not been able to be strict with it! Well that stops now because I just restarted and am in it for GOOD.
