Let’s be honest here, we went on vacation last week so I only exercised the first half of the week. Now is the hard part. Coming back from vacation. Usually when my schedule is interrupted I have a really hard time wanting to go back to where I left off. So then I think that I should go back and start from the beginning or simply just quit all together. As I’m writing this, I’m having this “ah ha” moment of self realization. This is why I have never stuck with any program for very long… Just writing this out helps me get motivated to pick up my routine where I left off and go on. I have to look at vacations as a “pause” not a “rewind.” Who knows maybe one day I will actually exercise while on vacation!
