Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (BBG) week 8 out of 12

Progress photo time!! 8 weeks out of 12! Feeling strong! I have learned that progress photos are SO important, reason being, the scale has not changed in the last 4 weeks. And I’m finally becoming ok with that because I’m becoming more toned and adding muscle 🙌🏼 💪🏼 Even though I’m back to pre-pregnancy weight, I wasn’t in the best shape before I got pregnant… that being said, I’m determined to be the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life! 👊🏼 Side note- I’ve been off sugar for 12 days and I KNOW it is helping with everything 😁 I highly recommend it! @kayla_itsines, @spartanrace, #sugarlessspring
